• Who do we provide services to?

We work with individuals, families, and retirees. We also work with business owners and their employees.  With over 60 years of combined industry experience, we have worked with all types of situations.  We pride ourselves on using an approach that is unique to your situation.

  • What does “Tallus” mean?

“Talus” is a slope of rocks at the bottom of a cliff that provides a foundation and stability. We believe these two values guide our interactions with our clients.

  • What’s your approach to financial planning?

Financial planning is at the core of our approach.  Without a plan in place it is hard to put people on the best path for their future.

We start by listening. Then we create a customized plan that helps you move toward your goals — whether that’s paying for college, buying a home, retiring comfortably, or growing your business. It’s not about quick wins; it’s about long-term partnership.

  • How much money do i need to start working with you?

For us, it isn't how much money you, its our connection and ability to help you.  What matters most is your willingness to plan and take action. We meet clients where they are — whether you’re just starting to save or already have investments or assets that you want more advice with.

  • What if I already have accounts somewhere else?

That’s completely fine. Many of our clients come to us with existing 401(k)s, IRAs, or other investments. We can review what you have, help coordinate everything, and make sure it’s all working toward your overall goals.  For a comprehensive financial plan, we need to take into account all of your finances to help guide you.

  • How do you stay connected with your clients?

We believe great relationships require consistent communication. While we are required to meet annually, we meet more often with most of our clients.  In addition to those individual meetings, we host a quarterly Economy and Market update, educational webinars, in-person events, and share updates through newsletters, social media, and educational content — so you always feel informed and supported.

  • What can I expect in the first meeting?

The first meeting is a two way interview, with the goal of getting to know each other.  Not only will we be gathering information about you, we want you to also gather information about us.  It is helpful that you come to the first meeting ready to talk about your goals, your financial situation, and any questions you have either about us, our processes and services.

  • What’s the best way to get started?

Simply reach out. You can schedule a short introductory call or send us a message through our website. Whether you’re ready to dive in or just exploring your options, we’re happy to connect and help you take the first step.

We are happy to connect virtually, in-person, or over the phone.  We want to meet you at your comfort level and what time allows for you.
