Jeff Pisan, CFP®, AAMS® has over 15 years of experience in the field of financial planning. Jeff joined Tallus Capital Management in 2012 after holding positions previously at Edward Jones and Merrill Lynch/Bank of America. Jeff has extensive experience in personal financial planning including charitable giving, management of assets, creating financial plans prior to as well as in retirement, and insurance. Jeff works closely with CPA’s and attorneys as a valuable team resource in the planning process. 

Jeff received his Bachelors of Science degree in Managerial Economics from Oregon State University with a minor in Business Administration. Jeff graduated in three years with Magna Cum Laude honors. He completed his Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation through the College for Financial Planning. Jeff currently holds his Life, Disability and Variable Annuity license with the State of Oregon. Jeff believes strongly in taking the time to listen to his clients to truly understand their goals and objectives. This is crucial to providing sound investment advice. He strives to maintain trust and deliver a top notch client service experience. 

An Oregonian for life, Jeff grew up in Klamath Falls in southern Oregon. He currently spends time in both Bend and Portland. He enjoys sports, staying active in the areas numerous local activities, being involved in the community and spending time with family and friends. He is married to his amazing wife Sara and currently have two children – a daughter named Emma and a son named Jack. Jeff’s community involvement consists of volunteering and giving back to local animal organizations.

Rene Nease

René is the Branch Operations Manager of Tallus Capital Management and oversees the Bend, OR office. She will be the first person you talk to or see when you walk in the door of our Bend office and is integral in keeping the office running smoothly. She has over 22 years of experience in the financial industry in various capacities. René joined LPL Financial in May of 2007 and began working with Tallus Capital Management in February of 2013. Prior to LPL she has spent time at A.G. Edwards and UBS Financial Services. 

René spent most of her teen years in Bend, Oregon. She moved away in 1989 for 10 years but returned home to Bend in 1999. She loves all that Bend has to offer and enjoys spending time with family and friends. René’s immediate family includes her husband, Robert, son, Tomas, daughter, Lexie, and their beloved dog, Kodi.

Jineen Morris

Branch Operations Manager

Jineen Morris, a native of Southern California, started her professional career in banking with United California Bank. After moving to Oregon more than thirty-five years ago, she has worked in accounting and retail management. Jineen has served as manager of a successful retail store with thirty employees for fifteen years. Jineen is currently in charge of operations for the Oregon City office and is an integral part of providing a positive client experience. She first ventured into the securities profession in 2002 where she began working at Edward Jones as a branch office administrator with Terry Baylor. 

Jineen has two grown children and six grandsons. In addition to spending time with her family, Jineen’s passion is her artistic sewing craft. She regularly participates in sewing seminars and camps. A truly relaxing week for her involves sewing with her close friends at the beach.

Nelson Larson

Client Service Liaison

Nelson Larson has completed the licensing requirements to launch his career in financial advising. With a strong foundation in leadership and relationship-building, he is committed to helping clients navigate their financial journeys with confidence and clarity.

Drawing on years of experience in youth soccer—where he excelled as a coach, educator, administrator, and director—Nelson developed a talent for guiding individuals toward their goals, fostering collaboration, and building trusting relationships. These skills are essential in financial advising and reflect his passion for helping others succeed by creating personalized strategies to overcome unique challenges.

A graduate of Hastings College with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Nelson has a sharp understanding of planning and problem-solving. His commitment to professional growth is evident in the many certifications he earned while coaching and educating throughout his soccer career.

Originally from Wyoming, Nelson has called Oregon home since 2003. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and spending time with his wife, Jenny, and their two daughters, Gia and Mila.

Anna D. Robbins AAMS

Anna Robbins has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. She has created and implemented a client-focused approach to financial planning and investing to address the individual needs of people and organizations. Anna takes the time to listen to clients to gain a better understanding of their short-term and long-term goals, and then she will recommend strategies to address those needs. Typically, clients are focused on capital preservation, addressing current and/or future income needs, and Anna provides appropriate investment strategies based on the risk tolerance of a client. 

The client relationship is always evolving because the financial market is always evolving. Anna strives to educate and communicate with clients on a regular basis to help minimize uncertainty with a volatile financial market, and provide timely economic information. Sometimes changes should be made in a client’s portfolio based on economic information, and these recommendations are individualized for each client. 

Anna graduated from Portland State University from the School of Business Administration and holds the series 7 registration with LPL Financial, the series 66 registration with both Financial Advocates Investment Management and LPL Financial along with a Health and Life Insurance license. Also, Anna has an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) certification. Prior to a career in investments and financial planning, Anna worked for publicly traded companies, where she managed retirement plans, stock purchase plans and pension plans for union and non-union employees. Designing, reporting, executing and maintaining these programs were her primary responsibilities. 

In addition, Anna has served on a variety of non-profit boards in the community and held executive committee positions with a few of them. Currently, Anna is a Mt. Bachelor Rotary member and is co-chair for the St. Pats Day Dash event where the net proceeds are given to a local non-profit in the community.

Tom Delaney

Tom Delaney joined Tallus Capital Management in 2019 after 5 years as a financial planner and advisor with Waddell & Reed. Tom has a broad set of experience in the financial industry, beginning with his summer internship on the New York Stock Exchange in 1991. Tom began a career as an institutional bond broker in 1997, with a specialization in distressed debt and special situations. The ability to listen, understand, and have deep relationships with his clients has always been integral to his success. Tom most enjoys working with business owners and professionals, taking time to work through their specific needs and helping them plan for the future.

An avid outdoor sports and food enthusiast, Tom lives in Portland with his wife Amy and children Abbie and Charlie.
